Jan-Paul @ home

Jan-Paul Theunissen holds an MBA from HEC Lausanne and a Master of Science degree from the Delft Institute of Technology, Netherlands.

After working in management positions with Gillette in The Netherlands, the U.K., Belgium and Switzerland and later as the director of operations for Carglass Switzerland, he now uses his experience in the management of networks of offices to improve collaboration within and between international organisations, schools and businesses. In his current practice he also consults organisations on change management programs.

Ever since he managed a SuisseID integration project in the public sector he is closely following developments and publishes about the relevance of Identity and Access Management in organisations as a contributor to a blog on the subject.

Jan-Paul lives and works in Geneva, is fluent in French, English, German and Dutch and continually works on the improvement of  his Italian and Spanish. He is a passionate cyclist and public speaker and an expert in Excel model making. His upbringing in an entrepreneurial family managing a hotel business lies at the basis for his focus on customer service and quality.

Jan-Paul is the director of “The Collaboration Company” and is responsible for consultancy and business development.

Dr. Madelon Evers

Dr. Madelon Evers Dr. Madelon Evers is a consulting partner for The Collaboration Company. She is focused on guiding teams from idea to success. An experienced consultant in the areas of strategic innovation, design & leadership, Madelon has over 15 years of practice in international business and has lived and worked in numerous countries.

Based in Switzerland since 2008, Madelon works for clients like Novartis, Novonordsk, the IMD, BSL, Credit Suisse, ABB, Rexel, Siemens and Liberty Global.

Madelon’s motto is

start doing great things rather than just dreaming about them.”

Madelon holds a PhD. (2004) from Nyenrode business school in the facilitation of strategic innovation processes, which was sponsored for 100% by Achmea, Philips, Microsoft, Sara-Lee/DE and Atos Origin.

At “The Collaboration Company”, Madelon is responsible for the organisation and execution of our co-creation workshops.
